Chris Whitworth

Chris Whitworth graduated in 1993 from Texas A&M University where he earned a BS in Civil Engineering. Upon graduation, he worked for almost three years in Dallas, Texas as a project manager for a local engineering firm specializing in private single-family development. Chris spent the next two years at Texas A&M to obtain his Masters in Land Economics and Real Estate. After graduation, Chris moved to Austin in 1997 and joined Hill Partners, Inc (HPI). During his tenure at HPI, Chris was promoted to project partner, where he became responsible for leasing a portfolio comprising 4 million square feet. In addition to leasing, Chris assisted in the development of industrial and office projects totaling over one million square feet. In 2002, Chris left Hill partners to co-found Capital City Partners, Inc.
