Removing all obstacles.

Developing unique properties with long-term value requires original thinking, local relationships and past experiences that have established trust within the community. For each project, a vision must be founded, land acquired, neighborhoods consulted and permits granted with adjustments along the way. At CCP, we have proven our ability to clear each barrier.

We specialize in the development and acquisition of retail, multifamily, office, mixed-use and industrial developments. With our expertise, and our partnerships with Sage Land Company, Pyramid Properties and Level Partners, we have consistently achieved our goals.
